Do I need a brand-new WhatsApp number?
Not necessarily. You can connect an existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Embedded Signup — as long as it isn't already registered on the regular WhatsApp Business App (the green checkmark app).
What's the difference between "Broadcast" and "Free Text"?
Broadcasts use a Meta-approved template and can be sent any time, to anyone. Free text only works within 24 hours of the customer's last message — that's Meta's own rule, not ours, and this app checks it automatically.
What if Meta rejects my message template?
A rejected template can be edited and resubmitted directly from the dashboard — its history and variable mapping stay intact, no starting from scratch.
Can I integrate this with my own systems?
Yes. A REST API + API Playground is available to try every endpoint straight from the dashboard, with full public documentation and code examples.
Is my WhatsApp data and token safe?
